My market turns parents’ everyday food questions into a five-part advice series

The Greek retailer’s new video series brings nutritionists, paediatricians and a chef together to tackle fussy eating, school snacks, hydration and food around exercise.

My market has launched a new video series aimed at helping parents navigate the everyday challenges of feeding children, from fussy eating to what a child should eat before and after exercise. The initiative, called “Μαθαίνουμε Διατροφή”, brings together nutrition and health specialists to offer practical advice backed by evidence, with journalist Velika Karavaltsiou hosting the discussions.

The series features a broad mix of experts across five episodes, including clinical dietitian Dimitris Grigorakis, clinical dietitian Anna Papageorgiou, paediatrician and child nutrition specialist Evelina Kouttra, chef Petros Syrigos, dietitian Ioanna Aggouraki and dietitian Georgia Doukopoulou. According to My market, the conversations cover childhood obesity, the influence of family habits on children’s relationships with food, school snacks, cooking, hydration and nutrition around sport.

The first three episodes are already available on My market’s YouTube channel, while the remaining programmes are due to follow on October 29 and November 12. The company says the series is part of its wider corporate responsibility programme, “Μαζί, για κάθε οικογένεια”, which began in 2025 and is being developed and produced by Danezis Stories.

Taken together, the project reflects a growing effort by retailers to present themselves not only as sellers of everyday goods but also as sources of family-focused guidance. My market is positioning the series as a way to give parents concrete, usable information at a time when many families are looking for straightforward help in building healthier routines around meals, snacks and physical activity.
